Phyllis JasonSmith, Normandy Vet'

My Granny, Phyllis JasonSmith, served as a nurse with the British during World War II. On 24 February, 2005, she was awarded with the Legion d'Honneur for assisting in the Normandy landings. There were two articles written about Granny getting the award

• The longer and more detailed article was written before the ceremony, and
• The second article was written after the ceremony.
